Our Client an esteemed Law Firm based in Johannesburg North is looking for a Campaign Specialist.
The Campaign Specialist is responsible for executing the business unit’s strategy and objectives by designing and implementing both voice and non-voice campaigns. This role involves monitoring strategies such as calls and SMS, as well as enhancing and tracking performance within the collection’s environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Matric qualification is mandatory.
- Relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage.
- At least 2 years’ collections strategy experience and managing dialler solution software.
- Excalibur Collection Systems experience.
- MS Office Suite skills – 4+ years.
- Advanced MS Excel – 1,5 years’ experience.
- PowerPoint skills – 2 years’ experience.
Duties
- Create, maintain, and manage dialing lists and campaigns.
- Ensure that dialer frequencies and settings lead to maximum lead penetration ratios.
- Implement scheduled campaigns (SMS, Email) in accordance with departmental standard operating procedures and or stakeholder requirements.
- Communicate with management and business users daily to define, monitor, and implement strategies and initiatives to optimise call centre performance.
- Ensure efficiency of resources by providing a strategic campaign plan to optimise effective use of all current tools i.e., WhatsApp, Dialler, SMS etc.
- Attending to all campaigns collections strategies processes timeously and accurately.
- Report daily, weekly and monthly on performance measures and provide insights which will inform strategic direction in terms of collections focus.
- Assist with the implementation of special projects.
