Minimum Requirements
- BCom in Marketing or a related field (mandatory).
- Extensive experience in sales leadership roles, ideally within the meat processing or FMCG sector.
- Strong ability to establish and optimise sales structures and workflows.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement structured sales strategies and processes to improve efficiency and revenue.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve set targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities and ensure competitiveness.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to the executive team.
