Minimum Requirements
  • BCom in Marketing or a related field (mandatory).
  • Extensive experience in sales leadership roles, ideally within the meat processing or FMCG sector.
  • Strong ability to establish and optimise sales structures and workflows.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement structured sales strategies and processes to improve efficiency and revenue.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve set targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities and ensure competitiveness.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to the executive team.
